Description

A 23hectares estate in an area of environmental protection, inside the Natural Park of Gola Rossa and Frasassi. We are at a few kilometres from the sea, where the air of Adriatic sea mix with the perfume, of conifers, of the mountain pastures and grape vines. All around uncontaminated fields and woods, a wide panoramic view, a fresh and clean climate also in summer.
There are different types of accommodations:
- a farm building with two studios, each made of a double room, a two beds room, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and fire place;
- 4 two beds or double rooms in B&B, all with private bathroom and veranda. In some is possible to have an additional French bed, fit for an adult or for two children;
- a bungalow made of a double room, bathroom, living room, kitchen.
Also in the farm: common hall, bar, shop for direct sale of typical local products, boxes for horses, lawn, garden, animals village.
Guests will enjoy country life with sensorial, emotional, manual experiences, through single and group interactive moments in direct contact with nature, plants and animals.

Surroundings

We are in hill area at 505m.a.s.l., in Serra San Quirico borough, the land of Verdicchio (a delicious white wine with a light green nuance), in the core of the natural park of Gola della Rossa and of the fabulous Frasassi's Caves (whose visit is a must).
In the surroundings there are many sites of artistic interest and museums: the beautiful historic centre of Fabriano and its Museum of Paper; the House -museum of Papa della Genga (Leone XII); Jesi, the seven castles of Arcevia and Serra San Quirico. Lovely art cities as Assisi (the city of St. Francis), Gubbio and its perfectly preserved medieval centre, Loreto with a splendid Sanctuary of the Holy Virgin, whilst the Adriatic sea coast is at only 30min by car.

Activities

The farm disposes of riding horses, small circuit for children riding and village of domestic animals. Guided or not excursions can be taken along paths in the Park, visits to not-for-tourist caves and fossils searching.
Relaxing promenades along Park's tracks with opportunity of going mushrooms or asparaguses or officinal herbs picking. MB tracks.

Food, wine and crafts

We breed riding and thoroughbred horses and farmyard animals (chickens, geese, turkeys, guinea fowls, goats, rabbits, porks and sheep) according to animal wellness rules.
Biologically certified productions of vegetables, truffles, maize, grain.
The Farm hosts the "Shop in the wood" for direct sale of the quality products of Esinian hills area.
At short distance itineraries (also with organised tours) to visit grape vines and the most famous cellars with direct tasting and sale. It is also possible to visit oil mills and buy extra-virgin olive oil.
All along the year fairs and country feasts take place with offers of eno-gastronomic products.
