Description

The House rises in a large olive trees plantation, on Pratomagno hills slope, in Arezzo's Arno's Valley, at 350m.a.s.l.
It consists of 4 apartments obtained in a 200 years old country house, with a surrounding park and a swimming pool. All have independent access and top quality finishes, with terracotta tiles floors and ceiling with chestnut wood beams.
- Il Girasole (the Sunflower): 110sm., at first floor. 3 double rooms, a bathroom, a shower bathroom, kitchen, private outdoor garden area.
- La Cantina (the Cellar): 50sm., at ground floor. Double room, shower bathroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. Outdoor private area.
- L'Orciaia (The Oil deposit). 55sm., at ground floor. Two double rooms, shower bathroom, kitchen. Outdoor private area. 
- Il Pozzo (the Well) 75sm., at ground floor. One double room and a two beds one, two shower bathrooms, large living room with sofa bed, two kitchenettes and fire place.

Surroundings

The House is situated in a panoramic position overlooking Arno's Valley and Chianti's hills. In the immediate surroundings medieval villages and castles stud the eno-gastronomic paths of Chianti and Valdarno. In less than one hour by car it's possible to reach Florence (30km), Arezzo (40km), Siena (60km) and visit the immense Tuscan artistic and cultural heritage.

The nearest Airport is Peretola's in Florence.  The nearest railway stations are the ones of Figline, Montevarchi and San Giovanni Valdarno. All them are well connected to the other boroughs and main hamlets by public buses.
