Description
The villa is plunged in the green in a panoramic site, on the borderline between Marche and Abruzzo Counties.
The B&B is on two floors, on each floor three rooms with private bathroom and a wide kitchen with fire place. It's ideal for families or groups of friends. Some of the rooms have period furnishing, as well as the dining hall.
The villa has a luxuriant garden, to be used also by night as it is very well lighted, so it is also possible to use the barbecue for open air lunches and dinners.
The 4 hectares property is situated on a 270m.a.s.l.m. hill, with a wide and serene panorama and has a private penned parking.

The villa is in Controguerra borough (Teramo), 10 km from the sea of Adriatic Alba, 20 km from the beautiful city of art of Ascoli Piceno and from San Benedetto del Tronto, a nice trendy sea resort.It is an ideal base for excursions on mount Gran Sasso d'Italia (2914m., the higher in Apennines) and in Abruzzo National Park (one of the most important natural parks in Italy and one of the first to be created).
