Description
Half way between Aosta and the ski tow of Pila, you find this huge house immersed in fir and birch tree woods and surrounded by a peculiar terrace garden with a splendid view over the Valley and the mount Grand Combin.We have two suites:
the biggest with a double room, changing room, bathroom with whirlpool bath, living room with fire place, dining corner, TV, videotape recorder, radio, stereo and a patio with a table for breakfast.
The smaller one, a penthouse, has a room with French bed, living room with TV and private shower bathroom.

Surroundings
The House is 8km from Aosta, a beautiful city rich of monuments and Roman antiquities.In five minutes by car you arrive to Pila's ski tow, and both National Park of Gran Paradiso and the French Park of the Vanoise are very easy to reach.
Very near to both the French and the Swiss boundary and to the highway A40, by which in about two hours it is possible to reach Geneve.
ActivitiesBeautiful walks in the woods may start at the threshold of our House, nearby you can practice downhill and cross-country skiing, excursions to mountain huts; you have tennis courts, swimming pool and disco.In Pila there is an horse riding school to take riding lessons or to organise riding across the woods. For fans of free climbing there is an artificial 6mt high structure with 5 ways of upgrading. Moreover Pila is the first Val d'Aosta's ski station endowed with two permanent down grading tracks for mountain bike. |
Food, wine and craftsAll typical Val d'Aosta's products, as different types of cheese, cold cuts, top quality wines and fortified wines, lard, cakes, fruits and vegetables preserves, honey, etc. and carved wood craftsmanship's objects, all may be tasted and/or purchased in the immediate surroundings and we will be glad to give you advice. |
