Description
Recently renovated (2009), this B&B is entirely built in stone.
It has three rooms: a four person room with a fireplace and two double rooms. All three are heated during the winter and are fresh in the summer (they do not require air-conditioning).
All rooms have a private bathroom, satellite TV and overlook the lovely valleys that surround the establishment. The rooms have been carefully furnished tastefully combining ancient and modern styles. They are spacious, inviting and transmit a sense of comfort and relaxation. Both rooms have wooden rafters and pastel colored walls which immediately convey a sense of tranquility and well-being. The lovely view, overlooking olive groves and uncontaminated nature, truly completes the setting.
The wooden rafters of the vaulted ceiling, the imposing fireplace and the kitchen which recalls ancient traditions all render this B&B an ideal choice for relaxing weekends during which young people, couples or families may reconnect with nature and ancient traditions.
- STANZA DELLE PATATE (guests 4): it has a double bed and a convertible sofa (three quarter size mattress). It has a fully operational fireplace and a bathroom with a shower built in stone.
- STANZA IL FIENILE: twin room with a private bathroom.
- STANZA LA GROTTA:twin or double room with an exposed stone bathroom. This room also has a private entrance and a small terrace on the town's ancient carrugi.

Surroundings
The B&B is near San Remo (location of the Italian music award), the Terme di Pigna (sulfurous thermal baths as well as the French Riviera and Montecarlo.
How to reach us through public transportation: Reach Ventimiglia and, from there, take a bus to Apricale.

Food, wine and craftsThe owners' family has been growing taggiasc olives ever since the end of the Second World War. These olives are grown still today and they are used to produce a particularly scented low-acidity (less than 0.5%) oil which may be bought at the B&B. |
