Guests are accommodated, in 3 rooms and 4 apartments (houses), in early 20th century finely restructured palaces. Local artisans skillfully renovated ancient stone walls and arches, reused original pavements (chianche), and restored the existing furniture in full respect of the rural nature of the establishments. Ulterior details, such as early century wrought iron bedsteads and precious hand made draperies, embellish further the establishments and render them particularly refined. All the houses, which may guest 2 or 4 people, have a kitchen, balconies and all possible comforts. They, moreover, all have private bathrooms and independent entrances.
"IL GIARDINO" house (60 square meters, may sleep 2 or 3 people): it has a living room with a chimney and a spacious kitchen corner where one prepare one's meals, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. It conveniently opens onto the garden at the back of the house. Ground floor.
"LE ROSE" house (84 square meters, holds 4 to 6 people): apartment with access from the garden. Guests may relax in the living room and, from there, reach the kitchen through a stone arc. It has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Ground floor.
"IL CAMPANILE" house (104 square meters, holds 4 to 6 people): it has a living room and a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms which have access onto the balcony, and a bathroom. The stone walls and the wooden rafters render the house particularly warm and welcoming. First floor.
"IL PAIOLO" house (35 square meters, holds 2 people): it has a living room with a kitchen corner, a bathroom and a bedroom with stone walls, a wardrobe, and a decoupage bedhead. Independent entrance from the courtyard. Ground floor.
The three bedrooms (none of which have kitchens) are thus structured:
"IL CATINO" (15 square meters, 2 to 3 beds): finely refined double bedroom with a private bathroom. Ground floor.
"LO SCALDINO" (15 meters square): double bedroom with a private bathroom. The stone walls and the ancient drapes render it particularly welcoming. First floor.
"LA TINA" (15 square meters): double bedroom with a private bathroom. The furniture and the bedhead are in hand made decoupage. The view from the balcony is unique and truly suggestive.
