Description
Double room in an artist's loft in what used to be a Mattel toy factory. The building is one of the first industrial buildings to have been converted into apartment lofts and professional studios. It is surrounded by paths and gardens, green and tranquility, and wall and video surveillance.
Art expositions, concerts of both classical music and jazz, as well as cultural encounters are organized in the main hall and all guests are welcome to attend them freely.
The room overlooks one of the roof terraces, it has air conditioning/heating, a wireless internet connection, and a private bathroom adjoining the room. Laundry service present and change of linens every 2 days.
Breakfast is served on the terrace under the gazebo. Should the weather not consent it, it is served in the main hall and in the place of green and nature, the guests will find themselves surrounded by masterpieces.

Surroundings
The structure is situated Milan's industrial archaeological area, in one of the city's most fashionable roads: via Savona, via Tortona where one may find the design outlets and the made in Italy stylists are as well as the Museum of the Arnaldo Pomodoro foundation (center for cultural activities, expositions and concerts), the "Navigli" and their renowned night life (which has truly nothing to envy of the other European capitals) and restaurants, sandwich places, jazz pubs, cabarets, pubs and clubs as well as the boat trips which enable the visit of historical sites in both Milan and the Lombardy. The center, Piazza d'Uomo and the "la Scala" theater as well as the train station and the motorways are easily reachable and only a few minutes away by car or public transportation. The Rho Fiera di Milano may also be easily reached. Moreover, parking space is easily found.
