Description
Bed and Breakfast near Martignano, in the very heart of the Salentin Greece where you may enjoy the tranquillity of this small town and its countryside. The guests are accommodated in 6 inviting and spacious rooms, all of which have a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. All the rooms have a private bathroom inside, sole exception in the Ulivo room which has its own private bathroom but it is on the corridor outside the room.
The guests will have at their disposal a large room in which the breakfasts are served, a television room and an equipped garden. They may likewise relax in two courts and in a pinewood with a citrus orchard...
The hospitality is warm. The typical breakfast is served in a large and carefully furnished room, in the garden, in the first court or, should one desire it, directly in the room; ideal way to start the day and to live an unforgettable holiday....

Surroundings
The bed and breakfast is in the centre of Martignano, in the simple and at the same time austere historical and artistic setting typical of the historical towns of the Salentin Greece. Extremely close to the Palmieri Touristic and Cultural Park and to the Service Centre of Tourism and Culture which enables access to the Palmieri Palace and the "Salento Griko" Touristic Front Office, to the semi-hypogeous olive press, the frescoed chapel of Saint Giovanni, to traditional houses with courts, decorated portals, the typical wells ("pozzelle"), altars, paintings, mosaics, frescoes.
The B&B is strategically positioned, only 15 Km from Torre dell'Orso and 15 Km from Lecce (by highway, approximately 5 minutes) and only 20 Km away from Otranto. The Adriatic coast may be enjoyed with absolute ease but the Ionic one (S. Cesarea and Leuca) may nonetheless be easily reached.
