Independent attic-floor apartment in a recently tastefully renovated house. Delightful location on the side of a hill with a beautiful view on the Candia lake and the picturesque village above it.Three twin bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom, two with a large common bathroom) to be let also individually, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Two large terraces with solarium. Lovely garden.

Surroundings
CANDIA LAKE has yet to be discovered by mass tourism and therefore is a great place to enjoy the peace and comfort.Along with Ivrea’s Viverone lake, it is a typical example of a natural glacial reservoir left over from the ancient glaciers which carved out this stupendous natural amphitheatre.
THE ANTHARES LAKE RESORT along the lake’s western shore offers two swimming pools and a natural adventure park- home of daring tree-climbs and cable swings among other things.
The castles of Masino and Agliè monumental structures finely furnished and surrounded by a park and formal gardens, Bard Fortress with the Museum of the Alps Mountains
The cities of Ivrea and Turin have plenty of interesting museums and sites to visit together with the famous events during the year.
