B&B in the medieval historical centre of Santu Lussurgiu in a house dating back to the beginning of '800, entirely reconstructed maintaining its original characters as wooden beams, stone walls, arches and wooden floor. The B&B has 7 bedrooms with private bathroom and air conditioning.
Breakfast are made with typical local foods. Visitors will meet quiet, hospitality and a warm welcome in a place far from modern frantic life.

In Montiferru area in the heart of Sardinia, at 550m.a.s.l., Santu Lussurgiu is a characteristic mediaeval village rising inside the hollow of a volcano extinct many centuries ago and at night appears like a lighted crèche. The village offers a Traditional Rural life Museum, a Communal Library which is one of the most ancient in Sardinia. In June there is an important Horse Regional Fair, that's why in the village there are many workshops making saddles, rider trousers and the ancient local costumes for the fair.
At 3 km Sos Molinos water falls; at 6 km San Leonardo, a park with many natural springs and very thick woods; at 15 km the Losa Nuraghe; at 25 km Oristano Gulfs' beaches, at 30 km the village of San Salvatore, with monuments of Nuraghe's origin; at 30 km Sinis headland.

How to reach us by public means:
From Porto Torres or Olbia trains to Ghilarza Abbasanta, from there to Santu Lussurgiu (14 km) bus service.
From Cagliari trains to Oristano, then bus (30 km).

Activities

Horse riding in the outskirts. During the year events connected with the annual Horse Fair. Important carnival of " Sa Carrela e Nanti".

In the surroundings a wide range of small niche typical productions of cheeses, almond sweets, brandy, wines.
