The ancient stone farm house dating back to '700 raises on the hills near Assisi at 575m.a.s.l.. The building has been restructured according to local architectural style and endowed with all comforts. Guests are hosted in 3 apartments with the names of some Mount Subasio sites: "La Spella", "La Maddalena", "Gli Stazzi".
Apt. La La Maddalena: living room, double bedroom, triple bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Apt.La Spella: a large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, two double rooms, two bathrooms with shower.
Apt. Gli Stazzi: living room with kitchenette, single sofa bed, double room, bathroom with shower.
A wide garden opens towards the surrounding hills and the far mountains, which is full of flowers, a panoramic terrace is there to enjoy a climate of relax and peace.
The wideness of the space at your disposal, the simple and friendly furnishing, the caring familiar running of the house will make your stay very pleasant.

The house in in Costa di Trex, a hill hamlet at 4 km from Assisi, in a very panoramic landscape, inside Subasio Mount natural Park, area part of UNESCO world Heritage.
Beside the important Franciscan churches and the other Franciscan sites, important Roma rests as Forum or Minerva's Temple may be visited.
Assisi is also a strategic start point to cisit nearby cities of art as Perugia, Spello, Todi, Gubbio e Orvieto.
