Description

A B&B with familiar management: a big yellow house sited on the top of a hill. The portion destined to guests is on two floors, below there is a wide hall with fire place, sofas and the table for breakfast  (that in summer may be partaken under the pergola), with wooden floor as in the bedrooms, upstairs the two bedrooms with ceiling in wooden beams, one bathroom in common and a terrace which, being the highest, offers the best view of the house over sea and mountains.
The entrance is independent, but from it is also possible to reach the area inhabited by the owners.
The house is surrounded by the garden, ample and flourishing from February to advanced November. It includes also a portion of typical Mediterranean wood where we are preparing a clearing of quiet for our guests.
On an other side there is the terraces vegetable garden, the orchard and the vineyard, whose tendril (for connoisseurs) is “ciliegiolo” (one could say “cherry wine tree”) , which gives a good red wine.
A green house for delicate plants and a bed of aromatic plants complete the garden. The parking is inside the garden.

Surroundings

We are in a strategic area between sea and mountains, over which we have splendid views. The city of Chiavari is only 5km far, and from there it's easy to visit all the coast. We only cite some of the possible destinations: Sestri Levante, The natural Park of Cinque Terre (Five Lands), Santa Margherita, Portofino's Park and St. Fruttuoso Monastery, and finally at 35km Genoa, with its many monuments and museums and with the famous huge Aquarium, a must for children and... parents.
Going inland in half an hour it's possible to reach very pleasant mountain destinations, rich in tracks for fans of trekking and in charming old villages. Aveto's Park, Borzone's Abbey, Fieschi's basilica, Gambatesa ex-mines, now a museum, Varese Ligure.
