Description

The Bed and Breakfast is immersed  amongst olive groves and fruit orchards, close to the world famous “Grotte di Castellana”. The farmhouse has been immaculately renovated and tastefully furnished retaining the character of the building. Some original floor tiles and lamps can be found amongst modern facilities of air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, etc. ensuring your stay with us is as comfortable as possible.
La Masseria comprises of five en-suite bedrooms (former cheese room and living accommodation) with bidets and spacious shower cubicles.  We have family rooms with king size beds and extra beds can be added on request.  Two of our rooms are interconnecting, cots are available on request, linen and towels are included. The B & B is all on one level and it has wide doorways for wheelchair access and one bathroom for disabled visitors.  A TV, DVD player, and a hairdryer are provided in each room. The open plan dining-room and kitchen (the former stables), is a public area with TV and DVD player. Tea and Coffee making facilities are available in the spacious and friendly communal kitchen.  Breakfast is served either in the dining-room or  "al fresco" in the courtyard, room service is available. Guests are welcome to cook meals in the kitchen or have a BBQ in the gardens.
The B&B offers welcoming accommodation where you can relax and unwind in a comfortable and private area while remaining close to amenities.

Surroundings

PUGLIA. The region of olive groves, vineyards, sunshine and sea.  The hidden treasure of the Italian heel.  Whitewashed villages in amongst its green olive trees, rich red soil and dry stone walls of the countryside.  Beaches both rocky limestone cliffs with turquoise seas and golden white sandy beaches on the Ionian coast.  You are never more than 30 miles away from the coast.  Numerous picturesque fishing villages, castles and towers to visit.
We are ideally located for excursions to local towns e.g. Castellana Grotte, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Conversano, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ostuni ( the white city – la citta Bianca).
