Description

Bed & Breakfast located near Biennale Gardens, in a fresh and green island, only 20/30 minutes by foot from Piazza San Marco and 5 minutes by ferry.
We offer the mezzanine of a mansion dated from early '900 composed by a two rooms apartment and a wedding room with private bathroom.
The apartment consists of a self catering kitchen with sofa bed for one, a double room with wood beams ceiling and a recently realised bathroom with a wide shower.
The service includes TV color, ceiling fan (rarely necessary), portcullises, safe; an Internet connection may be provided for on demand, to pay separately.
In the same house a double room with private bathroom in old Venetian style is also available, that can be rent with the mezzanine or separately. In this room you also have a snack place with electric coffee maker, tea and frigo bar for breakfast.

Mansion is in Venezia, close to Biennale Gardens, a fresh and green island, only 20/30 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by ferryboat from Piazza San Marco.
The location is strategic for the period of Venezia Cinema Festival.

How to get there with public transportation
The house is close to "vaporetto" stop of San Elena and Giardini- Biennale.
From railway station: Vaporetto (ferryboat)51 or 41 (25/35 minutes) direction Lido. Get down at Giardini or S. Elena. Otherway Vaporetto 82 for Canal Grande (goes as far as Giardini only from spring to the end of September), approximately 35min, or line 1, 1hr with stop at Giardini or San Elena.
From Piazzale Roma- Bus Station: Bus line 61 (20 minutes), line 51(25 minutes) or line 41 (30-35 minutes) direction Lido and stop to Giardini Biennale or San Elena.

Activities

On the surroundings of the hose:a Park, Lido di Venezia beach, in Autumn yearly aternatively Modern Art or Architecture Biennial. Typical Venetian restaurants, bars, supermarkets, museums in the neighbourhood.
