Bed & Breakfast located near the Biennale Gardens, in an fresh and green isle, only 20/30 minutes by foot from Piazza San Marco and 5 minutes by paddle boat.
We offer the mezzanine of a mansion dated from early '900 composed by a bilocal apartment and a wedding room with private bathroom.
Apartment is constituted by self catering kitchen with sofa bed for one, wedding room with timber ceiling and a recent bathroom with a wide shower.
The service includes TV color, air fan, portcullises, safe deposit box, Internet for notebook.
In the same mansion is at disposal a wedding room with private bathroom in old venetian style that can be rent with the mezzanine or separately. In this wedding room you have a snack place with electric coffee maker, tea and frigo bar for a little breakfast.

The location is strategic for the Venezia Cinema Festival.

How to get there with public transportation
Mansion is close to "vaporetto" stop of San Elena and Giardini- Biennale.
From railway station: Vaporetto 51 or 41 (25/35 minutes) direction Lido. Exit to Giardini or S. Elena. Vaporetto 82 for Canal Grande (only from spring to the end of September), 1 hr with stop in Giardini or San Elena.
From Piazzale Roma- Bus Station: Bus line 61 (20 minutes), line 51(25 minutes) or line 41 (30-35 minutes) direction Lido and stop to Giardini Biennale or San Elena.

Activities

On surroundings of the mansion there is a Park, Lido di Venezia beach, Modern art and architecture exhibition, typical venetian restaurants, bar, supermarket, museums.
