Bed & Breakfast of recent construction close to the center of Primaluna, a village in Valsassina.
The villa is on three floors with two boxes for cars, a private parking square and a garden.
At ground floor there is a living room with kitchen (that guest can use on demand), a small library and some board games, two double rooms with private bathrooms.

Surroundings
Valsassina is a valley divided in two basins by the rock spur of Baiedo: Pasturo Barzio, the largest, and Introbio-Paceno approximately 10km long. In the second one there is the village of Primaluna.
This area is wide and green, located 20 minutes by car from Lecco, town famous for the novel of Alessandro Manzoni "The Betrothed".
Primaluna is 30 minutes by from Varenna, picturesque village on Como eastern lakeside.
From Varenna, by steamboat, you can reach Bellagio, well known lake town situated where the wo branches of Como Lake meet.
There is the opportunity of wonderful excursions on Prelpi Orobiche (Grigna, Resegone, Legnone and Pizzo Tre Signori).
How to reach by public lines:
By train stop in Lecco and take bus for Valsassina (40 min.) and exit to Primaluna. Just 5 minutes by foot you reach B&B.
ActivitiesBoat trips to the suggestive Lake of Como's villages (Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio), excursions in the mountains (Grigna, Grignetto, Resegone- Legnone) or to the many mountain resorts. On demand we accompany our guests by foot or by SUV.
