Description
The B&B is a typical compact house of Chiusela valley, accurately restructured maintaining the independent entrance for guests and the characteristic porch. Outdoors there is a large panoramic garden with a stunning view of the mountains.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. Furniture and decorations are simple such to create a warm, relaxing and pleasnt atmosphere. Ideal for singles or small groups or small families.
The Guest House has 3 double rooms.
At first floor a room with two single beds and a lovely double room.
At second floor a room with 2 single beds, a living room obtained in an old dovecot with a futon (japanese mattress-bed) and a small balcony; two bathrooms with shower.
Guests are welcome to use the common living space equipped with a CD player, a library with books in Italian, English, German and French and table games. Laundry and iron available. There is also a wide parking space, children’s play garden and a large kitchen-dining room with wood stove.
The B&B offers exclusively organics products and low energetic consume equipments.

Surroundings
The house is located at the border of the small town of Trausella, easily reachable by foot.
Trausella is a village that maintained prcatically unchanged its architectural and mountain original look, and is favoured as it is in a plain with large lawns, beside having a small entertainment park.
The surroundings offer several types of excursions. For instance the “Ring of the Lakes” with the “shaking lands”, originated by ancient peat bogs. It is a delicious path running across five lakes in the Morainic amphitheatre of Ivrea, framed by castles and mountains.
With an hour driving it is possible to reach the Nation Park of Gran Paradiso, Valle d’ Aosta region, the Monte Bianco and mount Cervino, and several others spectacular routes. Also the Roman and Baroque city of Torino is a remarkable tourist and archaeological spot and can be reached in just one hour by car. The pretty town of Ivrea is only 30min far by car.
We offer transportation to and from Caselle/Torino airport or Ivrea railway station at a very convenient price.
ActivitiesWe have 4 mountain bikes available for guests and a large shelter for bikes. There is also a tennis table. We supply map, tourist information and qualified guides for more demanding excursions. We can give guitar, basic Hatha Yoga and English courses. |
Food, wine and craftsWe offer breakfast buffet with a wide selection of home made baked products (muffin, brioches, croissant, cakes, etc.), home made white and brown bread, butter and local cheese, seasonal fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and muesli, home made jams, local honey, eggs of our hens, juices, tea, coffee, brewed barley etc. We can personalize breakfast for those that that have food intolerances. We always prefer to use organic products and of the best quality. |
