The property is located in Sciacca, on the southwest coast of Sicily, at the center of some of the most beautiful and interesting archaeological zones, including Selinunte and Agrigento.
In a villa with park-garden 4 apartments were create, three located on the ground floor and one on the first floor with a breathtaking view of the sea. They all have independent entrance and are made up of: veranda-terrace, kitchen-dining area, double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. They can host from two to four people and all have every comfort available and the park-garden with everything needed for staying outdoors and a barbecue with kitchen.
The environment is calm, and the family-atmosphere make it possible to get to know the tradition and culture, the pleasure of socialization and of having fun.

Surroundings

The villa is a short distance from the historic center of the city of Sciacca and is at 300 meters above the sea.
Nearby: the archaeological sites of Agrigento, Eraclea, Minoa, Selinunte, and Segesta. The marine nature reserves of Torre Salsa, Foce del Platani, and Lo Zingaro Basso. In Sciacca there is the Norman medieval church of San Nicolò la Latina and of the Raccomandata. The Perollo palazzo, "lo Steripinto", the Pardo Tower, the building of Santa Margherita. The steam caves on mount San Calogero. The Enchanted Castle of Filippo Bentivegna is 800 meters from the villa. Distances: Palermo 90 km, the Greek temple of Segesta 80 km, the Greek city of Selinunte and Eraclea Minoa with superb beaches 30 km, Valley of the Temples in Agrigento 60 km, Trapani is 85 km, Erice 90 km, the marine nature reserve of "Zingaro Basso" is 80 km away and the sandy white beaches of Capo Basso di San Vito are 85 km away. Another important place to remember is the nearby city of Caltabellotta (15 km), an old vacation town clinging to the sides of the mountains and at a height of 1000 meters.

How to arrive by public transportation:
Buses leave for Sciacca from the railway station in Palermo. The bus stop is in front of the small street that leads to the villa.
