Description
The house's architecture is that of the typical Sardinian upper class from the beginning of the century. It offers refined and exclusive hospitality in 3 elegant rooms endowed with every comfort: air conditioning for the summer, radiators and fluffy duvet comforters for the winter, satellite TV, safes, independent balconies, laundry service on request. 3 large bedrooms with private bathroom and the possibility of an additional bed. The decor follows ancient Sardinia's tradition, hand woven tapestries that add character to the bedrooms and in addition local craftsmanship objects made by the best local artisans.The common areas are a loft that used to be a granary and has been transformed into a relax area for guests with TV and home theater center; a bookstore with the best Sardinian literature; the dining room, with a big wooden truss and a large fireplace.
In the warmer seasons breakfast is served on the veranda on a local granite table and wrought iron chairs, surrounded by plants of Mediterranean wood. All is around a pine forest that is the frame for unforgettable landscapes that bring on sentiments of an memorable stay.
An environment that stimulates the pleasure of relaxation.

Surroundings
The house is in the town of Arbus. Far from noisy mass tourism, it is known for the golden sand beaches at approximately 20 km from the residential area. The most famous is Piscinas, with the Europe's largest sand dunes, part of the UNESCO heritage.Twenty years ago the town had its maximum development thanks to the mines of the area, but the mining activity was suspended definitively and now all the area has been converted into a Geo-mine Park, with the possibility of touristic visits of the area both outdoors and underground.
Moreover Arbus is famous for its production of knives; it is possible to visit the Museum of the Knife.
