Description

The Bed and Breakfast was made from a private residence, an old part of the Castle which rises at its feet. It was restructured with great attention to detail and offers two double rooms that look onto a large terrace where it is possible to have breakfast during the summer. One of the two rooms has a Jacuzzi bathtub; the other, also with bathroom, has a made cheery with a fireplace.
It is an oasis of peace immersed in the most beautiful part of central Italy.

Surroundings

Proceno is a medieval town in the center of a vast zone rich in Etruscan, Roman, Medieval, and Renaissance finds. At the border between the old Papal States and Granducato of Tuscany, which have had ferocious battles over the course of the centuries. Today its location makes it appreciated and exclusive for those that look for a shelter from the frantic city-life.
In few minutes, you can reach the thermal bath locations of San Casciano dei Bagni, Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Viterbo, sites of great historic and archaeological interest such as Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana, Radicofani.                    In a half-hour you can touch the summit of Mount Amiata or go for a swim in Bolsena Lake; in the same amount of time you can reach Orvieto; in less than an hour Siena or the sea.
