Description

The country house is situated in Casteldelfino, 1330m.a.s.l. st Monviso's foot, at 25 km from French border. It is an ancient building in Luserna's stone surrounded by mountains and by the splendid uncontaminated wood of Alevé, the largest wood of pinus cembra in Europe.
The six recently reorganised rooms all have private shower bathroom and little balcony. Some are accessible to disable. Outside you'll find garden, areas with sunbeds and parking. The environment is the typical mountain one, ideal both for families and sportsmen, fans of mountain and relax.
On request sherpa-bus is available and meals of a typical home made family cuisine.

Surroundings

We are in the core of high Varaita Valley, between Bellino and Pontechianale. Nearby the Wood of Alevè,  the largest wood of pinus cembra in Europe.
In the surroundings it is possible to visit the historic centre of Casteldelfino and the ancient Delfinato: San Veran, Briancon, Colle Isoard, Natural Park of Queiras. Beside it is possible to have access to Mistà circuit, to Bellino's sundials, to museums of ancient furniture and customs.
50km afar there are Saluzzo, a beautiful ancient town rich of Medieval, Renaissance and XVIII century fine buildings, Staffarla's Abbey and Manta's Castle.
