Description

The House, a XVII century building, is situated in Montefiascone, 500m. a.s.l. , 4 Km from Bolsena lake. It has 4 apartments and can host up to 20 persons:
-  "La Stalla" : 52sm at ground floor, for 4 persons, with facilities for disabled. Two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with fire place.
-  "La Volpe": 52sm on first floor, for 4 persons. Two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen.
-  "Istrice" : 65sm on first floor, for up to 6 persons. Two  bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen.
-  "Bilegno":  65sm on first floor, for up to 6 persons. Two  bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fire place, kitchen.
Each apartment is independent, endowed with satellite TV, safe, towels, linen, independent heating system (on request and to pay separately). Each kitchen is endowed with electric oven, fridge and freezer.
The accommodation disposes of a 7x14 swimming pool, 2 wooden gazebos, traditional oven, barbecue, all these in a wide garden and at guests' disposition. Here  customs and charm of the past are perfectly in harmony with all modern comforts.

Surroundings

The farm is sited in Montefiascone, in the High Tuscia of Viterbo, close to Bolsena lake.
It is possible to make the tour of the lake by bicycle or by car and visiting the lakeside towns: Montefiascone, Marta, Capodimonte, Valentano, Gradoli and Bolsena (the city of the Eucharistic miracle). Another town you may see is Bagnoregio with its wonderful “Civita di Bagnoregio” (the dying town), built on a clay block in the charming Valley of Calanchi.
Fans of walking in the nature can walk across the ancient Francigena track, by foot, cycling  or horse riding. For fishing or bathing there is nearby Bolsena lake (about 4 km far) where you also can have a boat trip visiting Martana and Bisentina islands.
At 15km Viterbo, with its historical centre with its wonderful medieval districts and its thermal site where water naturally gush out at 60° C. Here you can have beauty and health thermal care using the renowned thermal sulphur mud.
The house  is at 120 km from Siena, 30 km from Orvieto, 100 km from Rome, 70 km from Mount Amiata , 20 km from Cimini Mounts, 50 km from Tyrrhenian sea.
