Description
The house enjoys a panoramic position, surrounded by the relaxing landscape of Marche's inland. Cosy atmosphere and hospitality are those of a comfortable house where you will be greeted by the owners and you'll steep in the quiet of country. In the wide house, accurately furnished with elegance, the old stable has been turned into a wide living room with fire place, a library and breakfast room. During the winter for guests pleasure the fire is always on. At ground floor there is a room with bathroom equipped for handicapped. A further living room with fire place is at disposition upstairs, from which is the access to the six bedrooms with private services, TV and independent heating. Every room is furnished with original early XX century furniture and decorated with fabrics and curtains matching with wall papers: so there are the lilac room, the orange one, yellow, sky blue, green and cobalt blue.
The breakfast is the pride of the House, with cakes, jams and home made yoghurt.
During the warm season the breakfast is served in the panoramic verandah: from this last is the access to the wide lawn dotted with many coloured roses and to the swimming pool, endowed with water massage and solarium with garden furniture.

The House is in the area of Montefeltro, 2km from Urbania and 17km from Urbino, cradle of the Renaissance and part of UNESCo heritage.
Countless are the monuments to visit in both Urbino and Urbania.
In the surroundings there are other cities of art, such as Gubbio, San Leo, Gradara, Montegrifo, and the Republic of St. Marino, etc.
There are also many natural beauties to visit, Frasassi's Caves, Mount Nerone, Mount Catria, Furlo's Gorge, Carpegna, and the Natural Park of Mount Spinoso.
