Description
The country house in in the very heart of Langhe, an area of Piemonte famous for its wines, at 6km from Alba. Our wide terrace overlooks the panorama of the hills, their castles and the background of Alpes, with Mount Monviso in the middle. In summer evening one is charmed by the golden sunsets on the mountains.In a quiet, familiar circle, we dispose of 3 comfortable rooms with private bathroom, fridge, hair-dryer and satellite TV, and of an apartment made of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room with bathroom, hair-dryer and satellite TV. Both the rooms and the apartments accede to the panoramic terrace.
Beside you'll find a common use (on request) kitchen, the breakfast room, open air spaces to pic nic, children play area and a hall to taste wines and typical products.

Surroundings
We are in Diano d'Alba, at 6km from Alba, the head town of Langhe, in an area of hills at 500m.a.s.l.Not to lose a visit to the castles of Grinzane Cavour, Roddi, Barolo and Serralunga.
ActivitiesAt the House: tasting of our wines, play area, pic-nics, promenading across Diano d'Alba tracks, trekking and mountain-biking in Langhe's hills.In the immediate surroundings there are a swimming pool, tennis court and horse riding school. It's possible to visit the historic castles of Grinzane di Cavour, Roddi, Barolo and Serralunga. |
Food, wine and craftsThe Piemontese gastronomy is rich of numberless types of cheese, delicious cold cuts and ham but, but above all of top quality wines DOC and DOCG, that can be bought both in our farm and in the surroundings. |
