In addition to maintaining its original characteristics, including ceilings in brick and wooden beams, the Villa offers all the comforts for assuring our guests a warm stay among the olive groves and panoramic views of the medieval towns of Panciale and Mongiovino.
Each of the 6 apartments, all completely independent, is made up of a large living are, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with four burners, refrigerator, and all accessories necessary for cooking
A welcoming common room becomes a pleasant place to read and relax at various moments of the day, where you can sip a coffee or glass of wine accompanied by a taste of typical local products. Arbors and benches spread out among the olive groves can make a hideaway for those who want to read or else contemplate the panorama and the surrounding countryside.

Surroundings

The strategic position allows for excursions in cities of art such as San Gimignano, Pienza, the Etruscan city of Chiusi, Cortona, Castiglion del Lago, Città della Pieve, Assisi, Spello, Todi, and naturally, Perugia.
To explore is the nearby Trasimeno Lake with its two islands: Isola Maggiore and the green Isola Polvese. Orcia Valley, rich in artistic and natural treasures, is approximately 45 minutes by car. At the same distance is Via del Sagrantino where you can taste excellent wine and visit the lovely town of Montefalco.
You can easily reach many famous Thermal Baths such as Fonteverde Spa in San Casciano ai Bagni, Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, Chianciano.
Rome and Florence are easily reachable by train from the nearby station of Chiusi Scalo.

Activities

The outdoor swimming pool, with jacuzzi, and adjacent solarium, offer an additional possibility of diversion and relaxation for our guests, who will be able to continue to care for themselves with shiatsu, massages, lympho-drainage, and acupuncture carried out by a specialized doctor in our massage room (these treatments are available, by reservation, all year-round). For those who love walking and mountain biking, there is the possibility of long excursions along the numerous paths of the zone. For those who play tennis, ride horses, or play golf, there are places to do so less than 4 km. away. Many of the Thermal Baths are present in the surrounding area.

Food, wine and crafts

Whenever you wish, we will be pleased to recommend gastronomic itineraries in the surrounding towns, in characteristic places where you can taste typical Umbrian dishes. On request, we can prepare lunch and/or dinner for you with typical regional recipes.
The nearby town of Panicale is famous for its tulle works. There is actually a museum and a laboratory here where courses are organized. The Lungarotti cantine, one of the most prestigious in Umbria, with a wine and oil museum, is located in the nearby town of Torgiano. Nearby is also the medieval village of Solomeo, tranformed in the 1970's into a cashmere production laboratory, where you can purchase prestigious clothes at lowered prices.
