Description

Organic farm in the tranquil village of Spongano, 5 km. from the sea of Castro.
It is made up of an 18th-century Courtyard dilligently restored and subdivided into independent lodgings (B&B rooms and Apartments) with a lot of atmosphere and a relaxing Italian garden in which breakfast is served in summer, among box hedges, majestic citrons, palms, orange and mandarin orange trees.
The rooms are twin, double, or triple, all with private bathrooms.
Among the apartments, all with typical decor and vaulted ceilings:
- "Veronica" and "Congrega" (4 or 5 people) are apartments on the ground floor made up of living area with dining area, kitchenette, fireplace, sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
- "Pervinca" (2 people: one-room apartment on the ground floor, made up of living corner with dining area and kitchenette, double bed, bathroom with shower.
- "Violetta" (3 people): apartment made up of living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and veranda.
Available to guests: parking area, large equipped garden, ping pong, large solarium.

Surroundings

The Farm is a short distance away from the sea of Castro, from the healthy waters of the S. Cesarea Thermal Baths, from the archaeological site of Vaste and from the beautiful architecture of Salento (Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli).
