Description
The agritourism is located in the inlands of Lake Garda, in Bolognano di Arc, a small village at the feet of Mount Stivo.
The agritourism is made up of 10 two-room and three-room apartments sleeping from 2 to 8 people, with all comforts, each with a beautiful terrace. The two-room apartments have a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom, bathroom. The three-room apartments have a living area with kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.
A swimming pool, mulit-use court tennis/soccer/basketball, bocce, ping-pong, and many toys and swings for small children are available to guests. There is relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi, and tanning lamps.
You can cook outdoors with a large oven and grill which are always available.
In addition to being a tranquil setting where you can spend your holidays, it is also an excellent departure point for excursions on foot or bicycle, rock climbing on the hundreds of cliffs and paths. It is the ideal environment for having direct contact with nature, immersed in the splendid Garda Trentina valley. Families with children will find this to be an excellent accommodation, where nature and services mingle together perfectly, allowing tourists to spend their vacations in the best of conditions.

Surroundings
The agritourism is located in the inlands of Lake Garda, in Bolognano, a tranquil village of the periphery of Arco, located only one kilometer from the center of the town center. Desenzano del Garda is only 7 km. away.
The surrounding nature offers the possibility of participating in all kinds of outdoor activities. In the surrounding areas you can visit many castles and medieval towns, go to museums, go to festivals and taste typical products.
How to arrive by public transportation:
By train: Get off at the Station of Rovereto. Then take the extra-urban bus for Bolognano which will take you 300 meters from the agritourism.
ActivitiesAll of the equipment of the agritourism is available to guests: swimming pool, multi-use court tennis/soccer/basketball, bocce, ping-pong, and many toys and swings for small children. A relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi, and tanning lamps.Once a week we organize a visit to the countryside for children with a snack and horse and carriage ride. Then in the evening you will be our guests for dinner, where you can taste an excellent pizza, great wine, typical desserts, and seasonal fruit. In zone: Windsurfing, kitesurfing, hang-gliding, archery, golf, canyoning, covered rock gym, thousands of paths of varying difficulty, walking, bicycling, quad or buggy. Sports fishing, clay pigeon shooting, motocross and go-kart track. |
Food, wine and craftsThe main activity of this agricultural farm is the cultivation of the vineyards, from which the grapes for the wines "Cantina Mezzacorona" (Rotari Spumante) are picked. In addition, we cultivate, for us and our guests, apples, pears, cherries, peaces, apricots, plums, and small fruits, olives and vegetables, which will be offered during your stay. A very small production of extra-virgin olive oil and vinegar. |
