The villa is in an old rural building from the end of the 18th century in a lush citrus orchard and olive grove.
There are 5 rooms, 8 suits, and 7 apartments between villa and annex in the charming frame of the agritourism's park. In the lodgings you will find wrought-iron beds, wooden furniture, ceramic bathrooms, air conditioning, terrace or garden, satellite TV, minibar, safe, and bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy beauty kit: all is cared for in every detail with the best comforts and services.

The apartments are:

Surroundings

The villa is located 15 kilometers from Palermo and 45 from Cefalù, with a view of the sea of Santa Flavia. The Villa is also 2 kilometers from the highway junction A19 Palermo - Catania and from the State Streets which easily reach Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Trapani with the salt marches, and Erice as well as Catania and Messina.
In 5 minutes you can get off at Santa Flavia, lovely city which is capital of a territory between land and sea that includes the small and picturesque marine towns of Porticello, Sant'Elia, and Solanto, set between sea and cliff rocks on an unmistakable and scenic Capo Zafferano. In Santa Flavia there is the beautiful Villa Filangeri (headquarters of City Hall), the 16th-century Villa San Marco, Villa Valdina, and Villino Basile work of the architect with the same name. To see is also the Basilica Soluntina of Sant'Anna, beautiful example of Sicilian Baroque architecture.
Porticello is the picturesque fishing town that has one of the most important fish markets in Sicily.
Sant'Elia is where the sea creeps up to lap the houses in truly enchanting views in a series of inlets and bays with small delightful beaches under Capo Zafferano, where the ancient fish nets testify the village's fishing tradition. Rounding Cape Zafferano, Torre Mongerbino, the the bridge sculpted in the rock, the Arco azzurro made famous by the Baci Perugina chocolate box, is a walking and trekking destination. Nearby also the historic Solunto, ancient Phoenician, then Greek and finally Roman city at the foot of Mount Catalfano that dominates the sea from a plateau with a magnificent display of archeological ruins dating back to the seventh century B.C.

How to arrive by public transportation:
By train: Line Palermo - Cefalù, stop at Casteldaccia. The station is 800 meters from the Villa. On request there is free transfer service offered.
