Description

The agritourism with annexed Wellness Center which extends over an area of approximately 5 hectares of land among luxurious vineyards and shady olive groves, on the scenery of the Gran Sasso and Maiella Mountains and with a limpid view of the Adriatic Sea.
The portion for reception of guests includes a restaurant and lodgings. There are 8 double rooms available with private baths and 3 apartments with TV, telephone, air conditioning/heating, private baths.
Apartment 1 is approximately 50 sq. meters and is made up of kitchen-living area, bedroom, bathroom. Apartment 2 is the same as 1 but is a bit larger (around 65 sq. meters). Apartment 3 is made up of a tavern, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Available to guests: covered and uncovered swimming pool, gym, tennis, five-on-side soccer, archery, organized excursions and trips with our little bus.
The wellness center was recently constructed , and it includes a covered swimming pool, vascular route, jacuzzi, waterfall, massage. It is possible to reserve hay baths, steam baths, various types of massage, specialized visits such as hydrocolon-therapy, acupuncture, homeopathy, manipulation of the vertebrae, alimentary intolerance, aesthetic medicine, etc.

To visit in the surrounding area: Atri, Penne, Pescara, Abruzzo National Park and the Laga Mountains, Scanno, Prati di Tivo,  Roccaraso, Santo Stefano, Rocca Calascio, Campo Imperatore, the nearby beaches of Pineto and Silvi etc.

By train: Pescara Central station, then the bus for Castilenti.
By plane to Pescara Airport.
There is a transportation service made available by the accommodation to the railway station or airport.
