Description

The Farmhouse is located 4 km from Sciacc, on the southern coast of Sicily. The distance from the sea is 7 km.
The old farmhouse was recently remodeled. On the ground floor there are three apartments, decorated with great care to offer you a comfortable stay in peace and tranquility in the silence of the countryside.
- Tramontana, 80 mq, for 6 people. Composed of: independent entry, large living area with sofa bed, equipped kitchen with view, double bedroom, room with two beds, bathroom with shower. Ceiling fans. Large terrace with patio and brick barbecue for delicious grilling. When coming back from the sea, it is possible to take a shower on the terrace.
- Maestrale, 45 mq, is ideal for a couple, but is structured in a way that three people can stay here comfortably. It is laid out as such: a welcoming living area with kitchenette, double bedroom, and bathroom. Outside there is a large green area, for enjoying the fresh summer evenings.
- Scirocco, 80 mq, is composed of: independent entry, living area with double sofa bed and kitchen with view, double bedroom with small fireplace, relax area with bookshelves and single bed, large bathroom with bathtub. Terrace equipped with table and chairs, barbecue. Ceiling fans.
The land is 12 hectares mostly cultivated with olives. Walking you can find almonds, pistachios, figs, lotus, pears, and a zone rich in licorice bushes whose roots cure gastritis.
From June to September there are fields cultivated with tomatoes, which our guests can pick for cooking fresh sauces.
The view expands without limits over the sea and the mountains that surround the marvelous valley of changing colors depending on the seasons.
It is the ideal place for having a vacation at the sea, among nature and in contact with the culture.

Sciacca is 4 km away, the sea is 7 km away.
In proximity of the Farmhouse, there are the Steam Caves of San Calogero. 45 minutes away by car is the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento and 25 minutes away are the Greek Ruins of Selinunte.
