Description

The agritourism is located in the open countryside, at 310 meters above sea level, in a zone of hills densely green and exposed to the sun. In the vicinity there is the coast of the Marches, which has had several international acknowledgments for the quality of its water and its hospitality.
The Farm, 11 hectares, is active with the cultivation of grains, fruit, vegetables, and animal farming. All is done in respect to the rules of low environmental impact. It is family-owned.
It offers 9 rooms ranging from double with double beds, double with two twin beds, triple rooms, quadruple rooms with half-board service, allowing guests to be free to move about and at the same time taste the cuisine, its traditional dishes are made using seasonly fresh products from the farm.
There is a swimming pool on site, a bocce court, car park, a playground for children, a washtub, a place to hang clothes to dry, and a washing machine.

Surroundings

The agritourism is located on the south side of the Aso Valley, in the communal territory of Monterubbiano, awarded with the Orange Flag by the Italian Touring Club in 2001. The sea is 9 km away, Fermo is 12 km away, the Palme Riviera is 18 km away, Ascoli Piceno is 35 km away, the Sibillini Mountains are about 25 km away. In addition, there are the small historic centers of Piceno to be discovered, rich in art and traditions.
