Description

Organic farm with 4 hectares with vineyards, olive groves of fertile land. It is a typical rural building of the Marches region, recently restructured following the urban complex rules of the zone.
Hospitality is offered in apartments, rooms, and in spacious areas equipped for camping.
The 4 newest rooms are located on the ground floor and are equipped with private bath, two of them are suitable for those with disabilities.
The 4 comfortable apartments are completely furnished and have kitchen, room, bathroom, and heating. They sleep from 3 to 5 people.
You can stay on a yard area with camper, caravan, tent, where the spaces are equipped with electrical outlets, drinkable water supply, night illumination, bathrooms, washtubs for dishes and linens/clothes. Farm-camp activities on an area for all seven camping spaces. Open from 01/01 to 12/31.
Our agritourism has ample green spaces in the outdoors where you can relax, even under a lovely gazebo with panoramic view. You have the possibility of tasting typical dishes from the Marches in the restaurant nearby.

Surroundings

The accommodation is situated on a hill, approximately 300m high, and you will find it in a central position, from which in half an hour by car you can reach the sea, the mountains, the lake, and the primary cities of art such as Fabriano, Jesi, Loreto, Racanati, Urbino, Assisi, etc. Not to be forgotten are Gola della Rossa Natural Park, the Zoo Park of Falconara Marittima, and the beautiful caves of Frasassi di Genga.
