Description

The agritourism is a typical old Tuscan farm from the 16th century and today is an organic farm, located between the towns of Sieci and Pontassieve, on the summit of the Montefiesole hill (450 meters above sea level), only 18 km from Florence.
The buildings were restored with particular care in respect to the typicalness of the rural Tuscan architecture, with the intent of guaranteeing the most unforgettable and comfortable stay to our guests. With its various structures, the Agritourism offers many possibilities for a vacation:
-  in comfortable rooms or suites, with private bathroom,
- in independent apartments meticulously decorated and equipped,
- in an independent villa with private garden.

- TREBBIANO APARTMENT ( 2+2 ) 45 sqm. One flat situated on first floor, ideal for disabled people or small children. It consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, corner cooking facilities, dining room, TV and fireplace.
- CENAIOLO APARTMENT ( 2+2 ) 45 sqm. One flat situated on 2nd floor with possible communication with the Ciliegiolo flat. It consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, corner cooking facilities, dining room, TV and fireplace.
CILIEGIOLO APARTMENT ( 2+2 ) 45 sqm. One flat situated on 2nd floor and spread over 2 levels with bird-loft. Possible communication with the Canaiolo and Malvasia flats. On the ground floor and has: 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and corner cooking facilities, dining room, TV and fireplace. On the above level we can find the bedroom with double bed.
- SANGIOVESE APARTMENT (4+ 2) 70 sqm. Flat on 2nd floor consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, corner cooking facilities, dining room, TV and fireplace.
- MALVASIA APARTMENT (4+4) 100 sqm. This flat is spread over 3 levels and has a private entrance and possible communication with the Ciliegiolo flat. On the ground floor the living room with corner cooking facilities, TV and fire place. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds(becoming double bed) and double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed.
- CASA DEL MUGNAIO is a villa of the 1940's, restored with great attention in the Spring of 2003. The ceramist Massimo Innocenti personally painted a fresco which makes some internal walls very special, to the point of wanting to rename it "the house of artists". This villa is ideal for a holiday with the family: Within the large park with Cyprus trees we can find the swimming pool, bowling area, terrace for barbeque, table and chairs and deck-chairs. It is spread over 2 levels with kitchen, large hall with TV and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 1 bunk bed in each, 1 bathroom on ground level and 1 double bedroom with bathroom on above level.

Surroundings

You can easily visit the major cities of art. Florence is only 30 minutes away, you can go there by car, train, or bus. Siena and its surroundings are within an 80 km radius, easily reachable in one hour. Arezzo and Val di Chiana are approximately 60 km away.
