Il Borgo is located in Majella National Park and is made up of two old apartment blocks constructed in the white stone of Majella. The recent renovation divided each one of them into 5 autonomous rural houses, recently restructured and simply decorated.
- House A1 - two floors: ground floor (floor accessible for the disabled) kitchen with fireplace, room with double sofa bed, bathroom; on the upper floor two bedrooms with twin beds, large terrace.
- House A3 - on two floors: on the ground floor a large kitchen with fireplace, double sofa bed and two single armchair beds; on the upper floor double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, large terrace.
- House A4 - on two floors: on the ground floor kitchen with fireplace, living area; on the upper floor two bedrooms with twin beds, bathroom.
- House B2 bassa (low) - on two floors: on the first floor large kitchen, bathroom, lounge; on the second floor two single bedrooms, two double bedrooms, bathroom.
- House B2 alta (high) -  situated on one floor and adapted for disabled guests given that the entrance is on the side of the hill. The house has a large kitchen with two single armchair beds, living area with double sofa bed, single bedroom, bathroom accessible for the disabled.
The complex is situated at the back of the wood of forest trees and near a brook between fields of typical mountain cultivation of forage and wheat.
Ideal location for gatherings of family and friends that want to spend some time immersing themselves in nature, relaxing by taking long walks in the woods and by living together to maintain their autonomy.

Il Borgo is located within the Majella National Park, on Pizzi Mountains, 8 kilometers away from Montenerodomo and Pizzoferrato and 12 km away from Palena.
At a little more than an hour by car whether from the sea of the Adriatic Riviera, from the cities of Sulmona and Pescara, from the spa location of Carmanico.
Enjoy a spectacular panorama that opens onto the Majella at the Adriatic Sea and is and ideal place for spending days learning about nature, taking long walks of all levels of difficulty on the numerous paths of the Park.
At Montenerodomo rises the ancient Samnite and then Roman city of Iuvanum, whose remains are well-visible in the archaeological area, where there is also the important Museum of the Territory which tells of the transformation of the landscape of the Majella and of the Sangro and allows for an intelligent key of reading under both a historic as well as a naturalistic aspect.
