Description

The Tenuta is immersed in the splendid and lush countryside of the Tuscan-Laziale seaside marshland, where the silver leaves of the olive trees mix with the green of the fields and with the intense blue of the sea.
The two farmhouses that frame the barnyard where farm life takes place were restructured and subdivided into 6 large apartments that range from 55 to 65 mq. All open onto the little square immersed in green that looks onto the large cultivation of the Tenuta, and all have air conditioning.

-   BIANCOSPINO: spacious living area-kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
-   GINESTRA and GINEPRO: spacious living area-kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom.
-   MIRTO: spacious living area-kitchen, loft, large bedroom with second loft, 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped for disabled guests.
-   LENTISCO: spacious living area-kitchen, loft, a spacious bedroom, and a bathroom.

Surroundings

Situated inside a farm of approximately 90 hectares, its boundaries marked partially by the Fiora River with its vegetation, the Tenuta is located in a strategic position at 3 km from Marina di Montalto, equipped touristic location with large, sandy beaches and vast pine forests and at the center of a vast archaeological area of interest: Vulci , with its park, the Etruscan museum, and castle; Tarquinia with its necropolises and Etruscan museum. Nearby is the border of Tuscany which allows you to reach Capalbio and mount Argentario within minutes. Many other interesting place are easily reachable: Viterbo, medieval city with its famous thermal bath center, Tuscania and its churches, Bomarzo with its mysterious monster park, Bolsena Lake.
Lastly, in one hour by car going down the street, Aurelia, you arrive in Rome.
