Description

The house is located in Falvaterra, a small medieval town halfway between Rome and Naples and 30 minutes from Sperlonga. Being in the heart of the village, the house overlooks the surrounding hills, offering marvelous panoramas. It is an ideal location for spending some days in peace, in the greenery and silence, perfect hideaway for a romantic and relaxing vacation.
For guests there is a comfortable independent 130-sq. meter-apartment made up of two lovely double bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with antique furniture, large sofas, television, dining area, and a large fireplace.
The wood and brick flooring, the walls painted in different colours, the fabrics, the furniture and decorations found traveling around the world, characterize the environments and create an intimate and particular atmosphere.
In the morning you will open your eyes onto the greenery of the hills, and in the nice seasons, you can read a book, have breakfast or enjoy the panorama and silence in the garden.
Foreign Languages Spoken: French and English.

Surroundings

There are many different places of historical, cultural, and naturalistic interest easily reachable. The fortified cities ("City of the Cyclops") Ferentino, Veroli, Alatri, Anagni city of Popesi, Arpino home of Cicerone. And then Fumone Castle, outpost of the Pope against the Saraceni and Normans; the Abbeys of Montecassino,  Casamari, the Carthusian monastery of Trisulti, stoppping place of “Via Benedicti”. The spectacular nature of Collepardo, Posta Fibreno Lake, Mount Aurunci Nature Park. The Caves of Pastena.The archaeolgoical area of Fregellae, Roman colony. The road along the sea with Sperlonga, Gaeta, Terracina.
You can also reach Rome and Naples in one houar by car.
