The Bed and Breakfast is suitable for those who love to enjoy the wonders of Rome and the fascination of its countryside rich in history, civilization, and folklore.There are two rooms available for guests' rest, decorated with 19th-century family furniture and to be welcoming and hospitable. They can be twin, double, triple, or even single. They have private bathroom, reserved entrance, and their own portions of garden.
Breakfast, included in the price, is served in a large hall in colder seasons next to a fire in the fireplace; in the warmer seasons it is even served outdoors in the courtyard or in the park.
The is private, covered parking available to guests and a large flowering garden.
The arrangement is ideal for those who love to find themselves in the tranquility of the evenings in a villa immersed in greenery.

The villa is located on the hills to the southeast of Rome.
Rome is easily reachable in 30 minutes by train or car by means of the highway. But, in addition to Rome, other locations of great touristic interest are very near:
- Palestrina, with its monumental Temple of the Goddess Fortuna Primigenia and its Archaeological Museum, is 7 minutes away.
- Valmontone, with the largest Outlet in Italy, is 7 minutes away.
- Frascati and the Castelli Romani, known world-wise, are 20 minutes away.
- Tivoli, with Villa d'Este and its marvelous monuments of the Roman Era (Villa Adriana) or monuments of the Renaissance or Baroque eras, are 20 minutes away.
- Anagni, the city of the Popes with its medieval center, 20 minutes away.
- Fiuggi, with its healthy waters, 30 minutes away.
- Cassino, with the evidence of its medieval history and its changing fortunes in the last World War, 90 minutes away.
-Caserta, with the splendor and greatness of Reggia Borbonica, 100 minutes away.

On request, with a supplement of 70 Euros, we will greet guests at the airports of Rome, Fiumicino and Ciampino, and will accompany them back to the airport at the end of their stay.

Food, wine and craftsAt breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, juices, local bread and sweet foods, local cheeses and sliced cold meats, seasonal vegetables, honey, and jams are served.There is an agreement with a famous Agritourism in Palestrina which assures guests the possibility of tasting genuine local cuisine with superior quality at an agreed price of 28 Euros per person. The restaurant of the Agritourism is open from Thursday to Sunday; on the other days, by request, you can taste our excellent family cuisine at the price of 25 Euros per person. |
