This Bed & Breakfast and Residence offers a pleasant stay merging comfort and refinement with the possibility of enjoying a splendid view over the lagoon. It represents an excellent solution so that you can visit the city avoiding the chaos of the city center and having the possibility o relax on the golden sands of the Lido.
The B&B was created with the idea of offering hospitality to guests wanting "to live" in an apartment instead of "lodging" in it, as they would have done in a hotel: the 4 apartments represent a "vacation house" completely equipped with everything needed for a domestic residence.

- WHITE GARDEN APARTMENT: 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, exclusive garden.
- BLUE LAGOON APARTMENT: 100 mq on the second floor, it is made up of a kitchen, a double bedroom, a double twin bed room, a bedroom with bunk-bed, 2 bathrooms. From the window you can enjoy a fascinating view of the lagoon.

Surroundings

The Bed & Breakfast is situated at Lido di Venezia, in a favorable position, 10 minutes by "vaporino" from St. Mark's Square and 7 from Biennale; 15 minutes on foot from Palazzo dei Congressi and 3 from the beaches.
It is easily reachable by car by means of the Ferry-boat.

How to arrive by public transportation:
- From the Marco Polo International Airport the Aliaguna motorboat service arrives directly at the Lido. It is the fastest way. Ticket 12 Euros. Departures every half hour.
- From Venice (Piazzale Roma) to the Lido: ACTV (Public Transportation Service). Every 10 - 12 minutes, lines: 1, 51, 61, N (Night). Get off at pier of the Lido (S.M. Elisabetta). It is recommended taking line 51 (which takes only 35 minutes). The ticket costs 6 Euros.
Having arrived at the Lido, you can take a taxi to arrive at the Riviera S. Nicolò or else take the public bus for San Nicolò (line A) and get off at the first stop. Alternatively, by foot, it will take minutes, turn left (from where you get off) and walk 600 meters along the lagoon.

Activities

Near the accommodation, it is possible to pariticipate in a wide variety of sports, from swimming in the sea or swimming pool to tennis, to horse-riding, to golf, and then jogging, soccer, archery, etc...
At the end of August-beginning of September at the Lido there is the Cinema Exhibition of Venice.

Food, wine and crafts

Near the accommodation there are sellers of typical Venetian products and regional wines.
