Description

Situated in the northwest corner of Piedmont’s Alps, our small inn sits high above Val Chisone, surrounded by chestnut and larch trees. Our inn is excellent for those who enjoy walking, bicycling, rock climbing, or simply relaxing while tasting our cuisine.
All rooms are on the ground floor and have private entrances and bathrooms with hairdryer. All rooms have complimentary wireless Internet connection. Some rooms feature our spectacular view of the French border and the others are mere steps away. A common room with kitchen and reading corner are available to guests.
There is the possibility of using a covered garage and renting mountain bikes. There is an outdoor area for relaxing.
The prices include an abundant breakfast, with our local products. We offer various possibilities for dinner: or dinners organized by our Patron Chef or dinners in the restaurant next door. We are a registered accommodation with the Italian Celiac association.

Surroundings

Our mountain retreat is 5.5 km from the town center of Pinasca, a tranquil and romantic setting.
We are in Val Chisone, half-way between Torino and Briancon (France) both reachable in about one hour.
A visit lasting several days will give you the possibility to explore the historic centers, the museums, the churches, and to taste our traditional cuisine.

Activities

In the immediate vicinity the main activities are walking, biking and rock climbing. You can admire multiple species of flora and fauna, interesting mountain dwellings, and 3 regional natural parks.

Food, wine and crafts

Producers of wines, food, and local objects.
Piedmont is famous for its wines, cheeses, chocolate, and salami. The opportunity to purchase these is available in the market of Pinerolo, and it is possible to taste them in the many local restaurants.
Our Sustainable Mountain Tourism association offers its members cooking courses and wine tasting. You can also simply cook using the products of our garden.
