A room with private bathroom is available, completely new, cute, well-cared for and clean.
Particular attention is given to services for our guests, who will feel at home thanks to the comforts including air conditioning, 20' lcd TV with cd/dvd player, PC, webcam+headphones+mic, free Internet, Wi-FI if you are in Rome for work and have a laptop with you, stereo, telephone use (national calls only), and a fax machine. In addition, you will be able to use the small library and collection of cd/dvd's.
You can park your car for free. Cleaning and linens are included in the service. In the morning an abundant breakfast will be served.
The room that we offer will allow you to relax in teh greenery after long walks in Ancient Rome. The B&B is an ideal departure base for discovery of this charming and fascinating city, the location where you return from your tours and where you can sit at a table to enjoy a traditional Roman dish.
In addition, at the end of the stay, you will receive a nice souvenir to not forget the marvelous "Roman holiday" in the eternal city.

In a few minutes and with only one bus you will be in the center of Rome (St. Peters, Castle Sant'Angelo, Lungotevere).
Easily accessible from Fiumicino Aiport.
We offer a convenient and simple pick-up service to/from Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports.

FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: take the FR1 train on track 3, 5.50 Euros every 15 minutes (not the Leonardo Express) to Ponte Galeria and then bus n. 808 to Via Della Pisana.
FROM TERMINI STATION: 1) Take the "H" bus to the end of the line and then bus n. 808 to Via Della Pisana. Or else: 2)Take bus n. 64 to Via Paola and then bus n. 881 to Via della Pisana.
