Description

Our b&b is located in a small town of Monferrato/Langa Astigiana called, Vinchino. It was born to offer a point of reference for tourists who which to visit these marvelous places, with its hills of vineyards which are the origin of the exclusive Barbera wine, for which its inhabitants are very proud. It is in a territory to be discovered slowly, not in a hurry, like sipping an excellent wine.
Our house is on two floors, spacious and bright, all have private bathroom and have a personal touch of creativity and elegance. A TV can be placed in the room on request.
- The "La Nona" Room has a double bed.
- The "Barbé has two single beds.
- The "An't la Curt" Room has a double bed and one single bed.
Breakfast is served in the room which is located in the basement, a warm place, decorated with rustic furniture, where you can consult brochures and leaflets for cultural and food-and-wine tours. The cure of the details and the style of the decor of our environment reflects our way of being.

Surroundings

The b&b is in a good strategic position for visiting cities such as:
Asti (famous for its Palio which takes place the third Sunday of September), Alba (Langhe), La Morra, Neive (one of the most beautiful towns in Italy), Pollenzo (Wine bank), Acqui Terme (city of Roman thermal baths, famous for its water and beauty/spa centers), Canelli (famous for its historic cellars - Underground Cathedrals - declared UNESCO Heritage).

Activities

The b&b is 2 km from the Valsarmassa Natural Park, where you can go on walking or mountain bike excursions. Walking along the vineyards, it is possible to find fossils because the terrain is sandy and clayey.
In addition, it is possible to have thermal treatments for the main breathing passageways at the nearby Agliano Thermal Baths (3 km away).

Food, wine and crafts

Wines: Barbera, Grignolino, Cortese, Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco, Arnesi.
Typical goat's cheese and various "tome" forms.
