Description

The house is located in the characteristic Rione Sassi di Matera, UNESCO heritage. It is made up of three rooms, sleeping a total of 8, in addition to bathrooms and common spaces. It was recently restructured and has every comfort, and all systems conform to the actual norms.
The rooms have air conditioning, TV, Internet outlet, electrical outlets with international voltage, and are decorated to best respond to guests' needs in search of quality and comfort. Every room has a bathroom with shower. The decor was planned and realized in a simple and elegant style, recreating the intimate comfort of a private home.
The possibility to "live" in the historic center, Sassi, and to visit it at the same time will be one of the most wonderful experiences!!

Surroundings

The accommodation is located a little less than 100 meters from the railway station, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone of the city center. The public transportation stops for excursions in the city are located in the immediate vicinity of where we are.
In a few minutes on foot you can reach all of the interesting tourist destinations: the Ridola Museum, the Matera Center, and the Castle of Count Tramontana.
