The inn is a short distance from the historic center of Cividale del Friuli, important venue for cultural events and full of precious Celtic, Roman, and Lombard archaeological remains, land where world-famous DOC wines are produced and where the gastronomic specialties will amaze you with their territorial authenticity.

Surroundings

For an itinerary of art and culture, Cividale is the ideal destination. Heart of the Lombard civilization, it shows its roots magnificent Tempietto constructed on the peak over the shore of the Natisone River and in the wonderful ancient artifacts, conserved together from the Roman Era in the National Museum. To not forget is also a visit to the marvelous Duomo, where every year for Epiphany, Mass of the Large Sword is celebrated. Finally, you can enjoy the liveliness of pedestrian-only streets of the center, as well as Piazza Paolo Diacono and the charming atmosphere of Ponte del Diavolo (Devil's Bridge).
