Description

At the border between Lazio and Umbria, the Villa is close to Magliano Sabina, only 50 km from Rome. It's set on a hill and surrounded by a splendid garden that allows you to admire the marvelous panorama of the Umbrian hills. Olive and cypress trees frame the roses, aromatic plants, budleia, agapanthus, hydrangeas, and camellias. They were chosen specially as plants that attract butterflies.
The accommodation is made up of three rooms with bathroom and a small independent apartment with fireplace. It is a one-room apartment with kitchen, a double bed, and a single bed. All of the guests have a splendid view of the Umbrian hills. The decor is complete and tasteful, the rooms are decorated tromp l'oeil carried out by the owners, who make the environment entertaining and familiar. The flooring is terracotta tiles and wood, while the bathrooms are done in marble.
The villa offers a vacation where rest is alternated with visits of the interesting places nearby.

Surroundings

The Villa is reachable with the A1 Rome-Florence highway (autostrada) and the Fiumicino-Orte railway.
Calvi dell'Umbria is only 5 km away, it's an ancient village completely constructed in stone. Narni and Orvieto are 30 km away. Nearby are also Viterbo, Tuscania, and the Marmore Waterfalls (Cascate delle Marmore).
