Surroundings

Manduria, Messapian city, is famous for its DOC wine, the "Primativo di Manduria", but also for its millenary monuments such as the Messapian Wall, the Pliniano Fountain, San Pietro Mandurino and all of the archaeological park, the Madre Church and the Ghetto of the Jews, the "Palude del Conte" (Count's Marsh), and Colimena Tower.
It is also at the center of the historic-cultural beauties of Puglia. Easy to reach are the cities of art, Lecce and Martina Franca; Taranto 35km away, Ostuni 38km, Brindisi 40km, Oria 14km, and the Porto Cesareo Nature Reserve 30 km.
