Description

The Casale is an old granary among several 19th century rural buildings. It is an L-shaped building formed around an approximately 500 mq. central courtyard. It is surrounded by a 1000 mq. private garden. There is a wide variety of plants: laurels, pine trees, lemon trees, oleanders, fig trees and many mimosas. There are two apartments in which guests can stay, each with space to sleep for 4 people and each with kitchen/dining area, fireplace, bathroom, and private garden. The first, the Rose Apartment, is a two-bedroom 50 mq. apartment. The second,  the Pine Apartment, is a 38 mq. one-room loft apartment. All are furnished  with old, family wooden or wrought iron furniture.
The Casale offers: free trip adviser service, free Internet, wine bar with local wines, relaxing and invigorating massages on request, transport service to and from the station or airport on request. Free shuttle service to and from Cesano railway station (3 km away).

Surroundings

The Casale is only 17 km from Rome; situated in the Northern Roman countryside, on the route to Viterbo: it is 3 km from Cesano, a little town with many retail shops and the railway station (Line FM3: Roma-Viterbo).
Besides, the Casale is at 5 km from Le Rughe, a widespread commercial centre with three supermarkets, a bowling area, many kinds of retail shops and a private sporting club.
Living at our Casale, you are in the ideal place to visit either the center of Rome, or enjoy the country life and the beautiful medieval towns located in the Tuscia, or take thermal baths in Stimigliano or Viterbo. Furthermore, the Casale special position allows you to organize day trips to the seaside or to the lakes (that are both reachable by car in thirty minutes) or enjoy sport activities such as hiking, mountain biking and horse-riding. In a word, if you choose our farm you are choosing a special way of living in Rome while dwelling in the country.
